Custom and personalized orders
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Personalized stationery orders are returnable and must be sent back to me in unused condition. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note, it is up to the buyer to provide the correct spelling for personalized items. I do not accept returns on items misspelled by the buyer.
Return of bulk custom orders
I do not accept returns on bulk custom orders consisting of 50 sheets or more .
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you are sending stationery or an aceo print as a gift I will be more than happy to send along a beautiful gift card with one of my designs. Please let me know exactly what you would like the card to say to that special someone.
